CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Justin co-founded PayBack and is responsible for leading overall strategy, business, corporate and financial development to maximize value for PayBack's buyers, suppliers, partners, employees and investors alike. Prior to PayBack, Justin founded GrowthBound which as an extension of leadership teams helps companies make business growth a habit through implementing programs for leadership development and recruiting, strategy development and optimization, capital raising, marketing, business development and operational scalability.  Justin’s work at GrowthBound includes leading the creation and commercialization of global procure-through-pay solutions for healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and consumer products.

Prior to GrowthBound, he was Head of Business Development at Mainspring driving growth of its Fortune 500 technology strategy consulting business and contributing to over 400% run rate growth, performance that led to an IPO and subsequent acquisition by IBM.  Prior to Mainspring, Justin was Founder and CEO of UniversONE, which created first of its kind online fan clubs and subscription services in partnership with Sports Illustrated and collegiate and professional sports organizations.  

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development with a Minor in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife, Katie, and children, Kelley, Dean, and Sean.

RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Bob co-founded PayBack and develops new buyer, supplier, and cooperative relationships to maximize the value of PayBack to all parties.   The roots of PayBack were created during Bob’s experience over 22 year at North Carolina State University (NCSU) leading procurement and materials management.   

His efforts led to successful programs for cooperative and direct discount supplier contracts, procurement marketplace, and supplier credit payments to the campus and then integrating all three solutions together and with legacy accounting and workflow system.  During his tenure at NCSU, he served on the State Of North Carolina’s eProcurement Advisory Committee for purchasing, e-Procurement, and payment initiatives, for 5 years as a member of NAEP (National Association of Educational Procurement) national board of directors, receiving the 2007 NAEP Distinguished Service Award, as well as President of the University of North Carolina Purchasing Association. 

Bob received his Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio and his Masters in Business Administration from The Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Bob lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Aileen.
